im piggy bank

When the time that i visited IMPiggyBank site, the thing that attracts my greatest attention was the pink pig as this is the money saving tools that most people like. For me, we should learn about the value of money and what it means to save money when we are still young.

What you need to do actually? You don’t need to invest your money to make money on IM Piggy Bank since most of the offers on the site are completely free and you will get compensated easily. In addition, you will get points for each offer that have done. Thus, it does seem like earning money based on your effort and time spent rather than considering on the risk appetite.

Rebates always play important part especially during economic downtime as more people will look for something that can help to reduce their life burden. If you really plan to make more money in future, then you may try to invite more friends to join as you can get benefit from referral program there.

Appearance of My Ads

It’s quite hard for someone to check his/her personal ads at other people website or blog since the Google ads is displayed randomly. We only can check the result through Google Adwords, you can check the ability of keywords that you added to generate the amount of page impression, count per click and so forth.

However, I have seen my ads recently…It impress me a lots!

Average Rated G-Hotel Buffet

Quite some time did not update my personal life here…Just to share with you that yesterday I went to celebrate 1 of my work colleagues farewell party with lunch buffet at G-Hotel.

At first, when we go through the lobby and the cafe…The environment look very nice and modern but if want to criticize on food and desserts, it definitely take me some time to do that. Hence, I just simply go through with you.

Environment

Wow!! How scrumptious looking of the desserts! But the taste so so la…

Buffet

Actually, there were so few of varieties and the taste of food didn’t impress me much and I only took 1 round of it and 2 or 3 round of desserts because I like sweet ma…I may not feel regret since I didn’t spent most of my time for visiting the toilet. (No “Lau Sai”At All)  But, I may feel dissatisfy, and may be no more such suggestion on next time. (Seriously)

Their service can be considered OK and no annoying thing happen. Overall, it is not worth the price at all…

Kindly suggest me where can I enjoy better buffet in town besides Golden Sands Hotel?

Fake Money From ATM?

It’s truly to say that fake money issue is a common topic discussion across worldwide countries.

How to assure that there is fake money?

Compare the note to another that you are sure is not fake. Closely examine the printing, the patterns, the colors, the text and the feel of the paper. Hold the note up to a lamp and look for the verification strip. Special marking pen can help you to verify the note’s authenticity also.

Apple iPhone or Sony Ericsson P1i

Mac OS vs Symbian

I plan to change phone at the month of May but till now still unable to make up my mind to purchase either a smartphone with Mac OS or Symbian. Just my 0.02, if you are heavier use on WiFi and Bluetooth then it sure consumes a lot of battery capacity. So if you want to go for days without recharging the battery, then you’d better go for a Symbian.

Country Heights Grower Scheme

It is an opportunity for the Investor to participate in the oil palm in Malaysia since Malaysia produces the best oil palm so far, and oil palm is a consumable product to the world population because it’s not expensive and it’s naturally very safe to use.

Through this kind of investment:

- 1 plot is equivalent to RM 5,500. The minimum investment is 1 plot (1/4 acre).

- The projected annual return is range from 11% to 15% on the 4th year onwards. However, during the first 3 years, investors will be getting a fixed annual return of 8% per year.

- After the 23rd years of tenure period, investors might only obtain capital appreciation if there have buyback from Management Company or other buyer with a good price.

- Investor will not own the land because they are actually owning the trust. However, it is held by the Trustee. Investors basically are tight for 23 years period unless another person willing to take up the trust or buying from them.

From my understanding and analysis, there may have some risk:

Invest Based On Your Risk Appetite

Most of the people can create income, but what about preserving income? I can see most of the people nowadays only know to spend money but do not have any idea to save money for future usage. Yes, you must have your own savings as well, then you can grow your saving and turn it into investment.

To invest, it is depends on your risk appetite.
My Investment Analysis

Unit Trust

Apart from being a software engineer, I am also a loyalty unit trust investor of Public Mutual Berhad. I have personally invested in unit trust, and my returns are good for a short period of time.

Different between ASB & Unit Trust

I have invested in ASB also but do you know what is the different between ASB and Unit Trust?? These 2 are not a short-term investment. ASB payout is about 6.8% only and you need to keep it there for a year. It is a close ended, and you buy RM1 and sell it at RM1, it just pay you the dividend. Whereas Unit Trust is an open ended and you can buy RM1 and may be will sell it below the initial price.

Mortgages

Generally, mortgages are an agreement that serves as security for the repayment of loan. This actually will give comfortable to the lender as they may feel more secure rather than trust someone blindly.

When you are on mortgages then the ownership cannot be transferred to someone else. So, before make a commitment, better think twice and get as much information as you can.

Besides that, you also must know that different company will offer different interest rate for mortgage loan. In some country, interest may be fixed for the whole life of the loan but it may be variable also, and can be changed at certain time period. It is important to ensure that you always have the best mortgage rate, and therefore pay the least interest. If you can take 0.01 percent less then you may have huge savings in future.

US Economy Recession

US news

Back to 97/98, we know that there is no US recession but actually is our Asia’s biggest hit on recession. US recession only comes in 2001 due to the sub prime mortgage issue and it slows down our economy also.

How will it affect Malaysia in terms of:

- Jobs

- Economy

- Stock Market

Job

Generally, the toughest part in recession is out of job as production doesn’t need to sustain the additional cost in maintaining job progress. It’s because demands will become lesser and minimizing the burden is a wise choice for companies to sustain.

Btw, the top of management is usually the first to go during bad times. Why? Because it’s cheaper to hire 2 or 3 people than to sustain. So meaning to say that you’re good than you’re safe in this hard cruel world since potential employee can bring good progress to the organization.

Micro electronic sector is the most affected since that is what we export to the US markets the most. It would definitely affect internationally as you know if US stops or reduce importing, its’ trading partners will suffers. Thus, anything happen in US is reflective in other country.

Currency

US economy is in unstable currently. It may not a good news for those people making money from internet (like me) since exchange rates of USD quite low. We should stop quarrelling about recession since nobody knows when it’s going to happen. The important is work hard and smart to make yourself indispensable to your employer. Switch company if you don’t see much prospect in your current career.
