AdBrite Vs Kontera Inline Text Ads

Online advertisements are the best form of revenue from a website. Many blogger know to make use of Adsense, Bidvertiser text ads to make some bucks from Internet but do they know to use Kontera or the AdBrite inline ads? Actually, both do the same thing taking words from your content, double underlining them and display a pop up when your readers mouse over them. If the visitor clicks on the ads then you get paid.

I’ve now try to use AdBrite on Mr. Funny Blog - LimPek.com for less than a month so I can’t give my readers the full thumbs up as yet. But the proof from many pro bloggers is Kontera pays 30 days after your account reaches US$100 while AdBrite allows you to set your payment threshold but the downside is that they only pay by check 60 days after your account reaches the threshold. So, basically they are the same, and the rates were comparable.

However, Google Adsense is still ahead of the other two in terms of Cost per click.

Prudential vs Great Eastern

Great Eastern is Singapore’s leading life insurance group and most of the Asian prefer it rather than Prudential. I get most of the Insurance information from my Prudential agent who is also my good friend and also the Great Eastern agent previously…So, I can know the clearer picture between both.

I got one crazy friend spend almost 70% of his income on buying insurance to protect himself. For me, no need do like that. What’s the point of living a long life if you cannot enjoy the joys of living?

If one do not know how to give up smoking, no exercise and insufficient sleep, heavy drinks, and always take fatty food also useless. Am I right?

Which Has Best Insurance Policy?

I personally think that good agent is the best policy. Great Eastern has a lousy claim service and extremely stupid underwriters? I am not sure about that…

Will Commit Suicide Covered In Insurance?

Cover will vary from policy to policy. It mostly contains a suicide provision. If the holder commits suicide, within one year from the date of commencement of the policy, the policy shall be void and the premiums paid will be refunded.

Why We Still Cannot Get Rich Even Follow Money Tips?

Recently many readers sent me an email asking me why still cannot get rich even they have read a lot of articles about personal finance. More often than not, there will be tips that talk about how we can save and earn more money. The article will say something like “do this and you will become rich.”

From my point of view, I guess it comes down to taking the initiative of having the motivation to do something. I find it interesting that people would spend the time to read tips but never spend some time to try some of it.

Second reason, I think it’s all a matter of mental discipline. The majority of people are afraid to fail, thus they don’t try various method and are not successful. This is not their fault actually because changing an established lifestyle is difficult for most people. So, what financial hack said is pretty true. Usually the hardest part is to make the first move.

How About Me?

I can say I am not rich yet, but I have move from middle class to upper middle class. I am almost there… So, it is important to take the first step if we want to be financially free.
