Self-discipline is one of the most important qualities that we should have in our life. You need self-discipline to overcome your weaknesses and pursue what you desire.
Most of the time, I will try to have self discipline to get out of my comfort zone by learning more new things to expand my skills and knowledge at my workplace. I know that if we want to grow then we must produce different results and achieve greater success in our life.
Do you think that patience very important? For me, it is the key to success in our life. People with patience will set their goals and aspirations. They will plan what they’re trying to achieve and by when. On the other hands, a person who is lack of patience will hurry to get into action and see the result without first considering whether it’s the right way to do that. This will make everything tougher due to no definite plan to follow and you are wasting your time and energy.
We all know that consistently going to improve our technical skills in our work will make us more knowledgeable and capable, but we must know that the results will only come after the hard work. If I knew that the working environment can provide us more opportunities to grow, then I will certainly put more effort, aim and achieve it. All I can do is try my best and hope for brighter future.
I don’t think there is a perfect person in this world, everyone makes mistakes either big or small. If you look from positive side, making mistakes is also a way or learning. If you don’t make a mistake, how can you learn not to make the same mistake again?
For me, mistakes are an essential part of self-improvement. I always view it as a stepping stone to a higher reality and better outlook in my career. Even the most-experienced and best skilled employee still can make a mistake at work. So, it’s important to accept it and realise from the beginning that it’s how you learn and move forward that matters the most. In fact, in order for you to success in the workplace it depends on how well you do your job and how you handle failure to stay ahead of your competitors.
Being employed or to run your own business, which one is better? To me, there’s no definite answer. It’s how you view it. However, there’s one common factor between them i.e. no matter whether you are an employee or an employer you will face risks.
There’re a lot of people who asked me, why do you want to set up your own business? Between being employed and to run a business, which has the higher risks? During our school years, we are told by our teachers and parents to study hard so that we can secure a good job in the future. If that is so, then why should we start a business? Thus, there is no right or wrong answer to this issue. Everyone deserves a life of his or her own choice.
As everybody known, a new year is just around the corner. Have you made a list of next year’s plan? How’re you going to achieve? For me, I have set my goals and objectives as follows:
Increase More Sales
The top priority that I plan to do for my business next year is to get myself more organized especially when dealing with business client’s requests. For example, offer responsive feedback to client when supporting the day-to-day task; provide more insights on web related product and services to the potential client and so on. If you can stay organized then it will let you focus on accomplishing your most important goals successfully.
Secondly, I will try to learn something new next year. Learning throughout the life cycle is a must if you want to stay ahead of your competitors. Therefore, I will aim to increase sales volume next year by improving sales strategies and techniques when approaching customers.
