Nuffnang vs Advertlets

nuffnang_vs_advertlets

I believe these 2 advertising company are the biggest and most commonly heard local blog advertising agencies in the Malaysian blogosphere.

Yes…It’s pay per click program but it depends on your traffic (impression) also. You can have Nuffnang and Advertlets on your blog at the same time. You will only see the default Nuffnang banner if there are no sponsors for you.

Comparison Between Nuffnang and Advertlets

It’s a common scene to have people asking on which of these 2 being the better. Nuffnang and Advertlets are different from Google Adsense, Adsense is text based ads and the other two are graphical ads, so I don’t think the click will be separated

From what I’ve known, Nuffnang will pay per impression when a campaign is in place. Nuffnang will update your earnings every week in the dashboard while you may check your Advertlets daily earnings.

Nuffnang can cash out at RM50 while Advertlets allow you to cash out at RM100 which is take more time to achieve.

More people prefer Nuffnang than Advertlets since Advertlets have some problem in their payout system, they always did not pay bloggers earning in timely manner.

The Thing That Advertlets Can Compete With Nuffnang

Advertlets have Blogvertorials, means you write a post with pictures. After successfully doing so, they’ll pay you.

Google AdSense vs Bidvertiser

There are 2 Pay Per Click Advertising programs often go head to head Google AdSense vs Bidvertiser in a battle for the winner. Most of the people sure know about Google Adsense, it’s the block of ads and very popular on all types of websites over the Internet.

Both have a good anti-click fraud system to ensure that the publisher and advertiser are safe by detecting IP address and blocking too many clicks from one IP.

Why I Quit Bidvertiser?

After 7 months using Bidvertiser program, finally I’ve make decision to quit and now Google AdSense is my first choice.

Many people believe that Bidvertiser is the new contender looking to overthrow Google AdSense as number one advertiser. But, I have different saying here, the things that makes me feel unsatisfied about Bidvertiser are the relevancy of advertising, slower loading scripts and lack of advertisers.

In the other words, Google AdSense ads are based on the content of your site, so if your site has a rich content basically it would generate relevant ads.

In addition, I personally feel that Google AdSense control panel is more user friendly since it uses easy to understand wording. And, creating an ad unit involves fewer steps and it’s in sequential process.

AdBrite Vs Kontera Inline Text Ads

Online advertisements are the best form of revenue from a website. Many blogger know to make use of Adsense, Bidvertiser text ads to make some bucks from Internet but do they know to use Kontera or the AdBrite inline ads? Actually, both do the same thing taking words from your content, double underlining them and display a pop up when your readers mouse over them. If the visitor clicks on the ads then you get paid.

inline text ads

I’ve now try to use AdBrite on Mr. Funny Blog - LimPek.com for less than a month so I can’t give my readers the full thumbs up as yet. But the proof from many pro bloggers is Kontera pays 30 days after your account reaches US$100 while AdBrite allows you to set your payment threshold but the downside is that they only pay by check 60 days after your account reaches the threshold. So, basically they are the same, and the rates were comparable.

However, Google Adsense is still ahead of the other two in terms of Cost per click.

“How was Goggle earnings despite weakening economy? Net profit rose 26 per cent in the 3rd quarter from last year to 1.35 billion dollars while revenue was up 31 per cent at 5.54 billion dollars.”

Will Google Combat Against Text Link Ads ?

Google Adsense is probably the largest online advertising program on internet. However, I worried whether Google will take any concrete action on those who put Text Link ads and Google ads concurrently? Will page rank be affected? Or is it just a rumour?
TLA
Text Link Ads More Better?

TLA is not truly a Pay-Per-Click program because you will make money also even though people did not click on the ads. And, it’s not seem like Google ads as you can only use preset color and font. With TLA, you have greater control on how links to be displayed on your site.

Once people use your referral link to sign up and get accepted then you will earn money. It’s US$25. But with Google ads you need to wait and hope that your referrals will display the ads long enough then only can get the referral fee. How painfully slow !!!
