KWSP Malaysia for Monthly Housing Loan Payment [ March 13th, 2010 ] | 344 views | 3 Comments

kwsp_malaysia

I heard a lot of forumer keep on discussing about this issue recently - KWSP steal citizen money! KWSP allow monthly withdrawal from EPF account 2 for the monthly housing loan repayment. But, from their discussion, some of them said that the withdrawal plan is actually a SCAM! I am sure you will feel keen to know more on this issue, right? Let me share with you what I’ve heard:

We take an assumption here:

If you have RM50,000 in your EPF account 2 and your monthly housing loan’s installment is RM1000/month. KWSP will approve your application of withdrawal from your EPF account 2 of RM50,000 and pay you RM1000/month for the next 50 months.

The only thing that KWSP did not inform us in detail is that when the application was approved, will the total amount RM50,000 is removed from EPF account 2? In the other words, it appears to be transferred to an unknown account to effect the monthly payment?

Google Adsense Click Fraud

google_adsense_ban

We have heard a lot of bloggers complaint about Google Adsense accounts getting banned. Most of the reason observed in most of these cases is click fraud. Do you know what is click fraud? It is the act of clicking on ads for the purpose of earning income from the advertisers. Based on the Google Adsense terms of service and policies, if the publishers perform click fraud then it will result in their accounts being banned. Thus, please don’t try to play this fool game.

Most of the people have their same thinking that forming a click fraud community to help each other to click their ads is healthy activities since Google may not know the person perform self-clicking as the IP address always different. This is stupid action entirely. Google can do more than what you expected!!!

Google AdSense vs Bidvertiser

There are 2 Pay Per Click Advertising programs often go head to head Google AdSense vs Bidvertiser in a battle for the winner. Most of the people sure know about Google Adsense, it’s the block of ads and very popular on all types of websites over the Internet.

Both have a good anti-click fraud system to ensure that the publisher and advertiser are safe by detecting IP address and blocking too many clicks from one IP.

Why I Quit Bidvertiser?

After 7 months using Bidvertiser program, finally I’ve make decision to quit and now Google AdSense is my first choice.

Many people believe that Bidvertiser is the new contender looking to overthrow Google AdSense as number one advertiser. But, I have different saying here, the things that makes me feel unsatisfied about Bidvertiser are the relevancy of advertising, slower loading scripts and lack of advertisers.

In the other words, Google AdSense ads are based on the content of your site, so if your site has a rich content basically it would generate relevant ads.

In addition, I personally feel that Google AdSense control panel is more user friendly since it uses easy to understand wording. And, creating an ad unit involves fewer steps and it’s in sequential process.

Secrets Of Monetizing Blog

Blogging should be for fun, else you’ll quit easily. The only thing that motivated me to have own blog is just to exchange my ideas and experience with other people with similar interest.

The toughest part is to get the traffic. A blog without reasonable readership will never generate any income. I guess high traffic is the crucial, so search engine optimisation is needed, do some marketing and promotion to increase your blog’s presence. There’s ton’s of ways to make money but if you do not have the rights tools, you’re just spinning your wheels.

Adsense Chitika Bidvertiser

I have global advertising ads on my site like AdSense, but rarely readers click on it. Many bloggers are likely to take advantage of such Advertising Programs to earn a profitable income. But Google has it own strict policies; it will ban people for invalid clicks, which is highly frustrating. I think it is best to do more research on other advertising media, like Bitvertiser, Adbrite, Chitika, Ebay Auction Ads etc to suit your needs.

Will Google Combat Against Text Link Ads ?

Google Adsense is probably the largest online advertising program on internet. However, I worried whether Google will take any concrete action on those who put Text Link ads and Google ads concurrently? Will page rank be affected? Or is it just a rumour?
TLA
Text Link Ads More Better?

TLA is not truly a Pay-Per-Click program because you will make money also even though people did not click on the ads. And, it’s not seem like Google ads as you can only use preset color and font. With TLA, you have greater control on how links to be displayed on your site.

Once people use your referral link to sign up and get accepted then you will earn money. It’s US$25. But with Google ads you need to wait and hope that your referrals will display the ads long enough then only can get the referral fee. How painfully slow !!!
