Most of the people won’t have the capability to make car payment using cash and it always pay by monthly installment. Many usually have to pay a down payment on it. For me, i will choose to pay less monthly, so i will put at least 50% down payment.
Pay Monthly Car Installment Using Public Bank
Since I’ve had my bad experience with Maybank, so i won’t use it for my online banking. Currently, my most favor online banking is Public Bank as i found a lot convenient and lower charges than Maybank. For your information, I pay my monthly car installment using Pbebank since it’s more hassle free and save me some travel expenses as i no need to travel to any Public bank branch to make payment.
Step By Step: How To Make Car Installment Using PbeBank?
Step 1: Go to Payment/Recharge -> Loan/Financing Payment -> To Open 3rd Party Accounts
Step 2: Click “Request PAC” button.
Step 3: Key in your PAC now.
Step 4: Select your Public bank saving account to make payment.
Step 5: Key in your beneficiary account number and note number which you can check from any branch of Public Bank by presenting your identity card.
Step 6: Key in your monthly car installment amount. Then, click next. At the end of the payment, you can try to store the registration of your loan/financing accounts so that next time you no need to skip the request PAC number step.

I love online banking. I do most of my bill (utilities, credit card) and instalment (car, house) payments via online banking. But I’m using RHB Online Banking. After recent upgrade/improvement, I feel that RHB Online Banking is getting much easier. Online banking does make my life easier. I’m glad that you are promoting online banking too.
Ian Kree, how do I pay my RHB car installment via RHB Online banking? I hv been trying for few hrs but failed. Appreciate if you could teach me. TQ

I’ve been trying to pay my monthly RHB installments via M2U. The RHB loan account number has 15 digits but Maybank only allowed up to 14 digits. This is very frustrating. Both banks should have ironed this out long time ago.
